Our AI quote generator is the latest feature designed to make it as quick and easy to accurately create personalised quotes ready for you to edit.
The quote generator, powered by AI, will take the most important information from the request and combines this with details from your listing profile to create a personalised quote that highlights the best things about your business and takes into account the key request information, showing organisers everything they want to see.
Once its finished writing, the result is a grammatically correct, well-structured quote that shows off your business in a great light!
You will now see a button at the bottom of your 'quote message' screen that says 'Ask AI to Write Quote', this will generate a quote in the message space.
You will be able to edit this message and choose when to send that quote, it will never auto send that quote message for you.
It's worth noting that the quote will not be ready to send as there are somethings that AI will help with and others where you will always be in control:
The AI quote generator will:
Write a quote that has personalised touches from the request you're quoting for e.g. customers name, head count, location, request details etc.
Provide a well structured quote that is grammatically correct and is a great basis to work from
Allow you to edit your quote before you send your quote
The AI quote generator won't:
Provide or generate a price for the services, this is always left to you to add in.
Add images or PDFs, you will always be in control of this
Add your personal contact details anywhere in the quote. Should you wish to share these, you are able to add these in yourself.
Automatically send, you will always be in control of sending the quote when you are happy with it.
Replace the ability to write your own quotes, you are still able to do this as usual.
You can also regenerate the quote as many times as you like until you find one you’re happy with by simply clicking ‘regenerate AI quote’. This feature is here to help you write personalised quotes as quickly as a click of a button, if you prefer writing your own quotes then you can of course still do that.
