Have you added all your services to your profile?

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to find and quote on requests that are valuable to you by matching you with those that meet your preferences. Whether that’s your location and distance you’re willing to travel or the services you’re listed for, we want you to be able to tailor your inbox to find the perfect match & fire off quotes quickly and easily.

That's why it's important to add every single service you offer to your profile... because if you haven't got a service listed (for example you’re a pizza van but and you’re not listed for ‘Italian catering’) you could be missing out on your dream customers.

Ready to unlock more requests? Simply start by following these instructions to add more services.

To add more services, follow these steps

1. Head to Preferences in the main menu and select Service Preferences to see a list of the services you're currently listed for.

2. Browse suggested services or click into the search bar to view a full list of services. Select any you offer to add to your profile.

Don't forget to click the 'Add Service +' button to save your settings!

Another really simple way to unlock more requests is to increase your coverage.

We measure your mileage “as the crow flies” so you may be willing to drive further than you think! Try expanding your coverage by 20, 30 or 50 miles to match with those extra requests that may be just out of your area.

To update your coverage, head over to Request Coverage and edit your mileage! Don't forget, you can have a different coverage for each individual service. To update this, go to your Service Preferences and press 'edit' on the services you'd like to change.

For more information on changing your coverage for each service and applying other individual service filters, view this article.
