We've released a new feature to make it quick and easy for you to manage your inbox and shortlist your favourite requests.

All users now have the ability to "Favourite" requests. This enables you to save them for later if you're on the go or create a shortlist of requests you'd like to quote on that you can return to at any time.

Note: This new feature won't prevent you from quoting from your inbox as usual. It is simply an additional tool to help you sort and manage your requests.

Here's what's changed:

When you're in the Requests area, you will now see that every request has two icons in the right hand corner:

  • A star (to "Favourite" requests)

  • A box with an arrow (to "Archive" requests)

You now also have the option to sort between "Inbox", "Favourites", and "Archived" using the three buttons at the top of your Requests area.

How It Works:

From the Requests area, if you would like to save a request for later, you can now simply tap the star icon. This will turn yellow and move the request into your "Favourites" section, where you can easily access it later by tapping the "Favourites" button at the top of your inbox.

Similarly, if you tap the Archive button, this will hide a request from your main inbox and move it into the "Archived" section where you can return to it later.

It's worth noting that you can un-favourite requests if you no longer wish to save them. To do this, navigate to your "Favourites" area by tapping on the "Favourites" button at the top of your inbox. Find the request you would like to un-favourite and press the yellow star. The star will turn white and the request will move back into your Inbox.

You can also archive a request you've previously favourited, by tapping the Archive button, which will move it into the "Archived" section.

You can repeat the steps above for archived requests too. Un-archiving a request will move it back into your general Requests Inbox.

It is worth noting that you don't have to favourite a request to be able to quote on it. You can still quote as normal. This is just a time-saving hack to help you save requests if you're on the go or if you want to shortlist requests you're interested in.

Other Releases: Open Request In New Tab

You can now also right click on a request to open a menu that gives you the option to "open link in new tab".

This means you can open requests & preview more details without losing your place in your inbox.
