In order to leave a review for a supplier, you first need to make sure you have marked their quote as accepted. To do this, you just need to click the 'selected' button at the top of the quote you went ahead with. Once you have done this, if the event date has passed, a form will appear at the top of the page.
You'll then need to fill in the form with the feedback you wish to provide. If your review was positive, then great! This will be published on the supplier's listing page and will go a long way in helping them to secure more bookings.
If however you were unsatisfied with the service provided, or the supplier did not turn up, then we'll send an email prompting them to get in touch with you. After seven days, we'll send you an email inviting you to write a public review for the supplier. After they've had a chance to respond, the public review will go live on the site.
