How do I leave a review?

Leaving a review for your chosen event supplier(s)

Once your event date has passed, you'll receive an email from us inviting you to leave a review for the supplier you booked with. All you need to do is click on the link provided in this email and you'll see a form to fill out with your review.

If you're not clicking through the email, go to your request and click on the relevant quote. Once here, you'll see 'Review' in the top right hand side of the page, click this and you'll see a form to fill out with your review.

If your review was positive, then great! This will be published on the supplier's listing page and will go a long way in helping them to secure more bookings.

If however you were unsatisfied with the service provided, or the supplier did not turn up, then we'll send an email prompting them to get in touch with you. After seven days, we'll send you an email inviting you to write a public review for the supplier. After they've had a chance to respond, the public review will go live on the site.
