Any payment details need to be arranged between the supplier and organiser. We don’t take payments or supervise transactions. 

We always advise organisers to do their own due diligence, as you would if you had approached a supplier organically. Speak with suppliers over the phone or in person, thoroughly read through any contracts, and confirm the supplier understands your needs exactly before proceeding with any transactions.
