If you’re browsing suppliers on the platform and spot one you’re particularly interested in, you can send a request directly to that supplier. Click on the supplier’s profile and choose ‘Request Quote’.

If you’ve already made a request for this event, you’ll be able to select the event you’d like the supplier to quote for. If you’re making this request for a new event, you’ll be asked a couple of questions about its size, location, and some service-specific features. 

Although you can make sure the supplier sees your request, they may not be available for your event. As such, we recommend selecting the option to send your quote to similar suppliers when you’re making your request, so you’re more likely to receive quotes.
