How to construct your quotes for maximum impact

It is very important to make sure that you put the right information into your quotes, we have found that this can really help the response rate.

It goes without saying that good spelling, grammar and correct capitalisation go a long way to making a good first impression and so does making the response personal & relevant to the customer's request. It's important to keep it simple and include a price where possible. If you have a sample menu that you could attach or perhaps additional images to those on your listing that helps to peak the customers interest.

Within your response you can either ask the customer for their contact details or provide your number or email encouraging them to contact you. Either way it's good to end on a question, this will hopefully lead to a response which gets you on the way to your next booking!

For the best advice we'd recommend viewing our Pro Centre, this will give you the best ways to construct great quotes.
