Blocking out requests that have no telephone number.

Refining your requests and ensuring those without a telephone number don't come through to your inbox.

It is possible to block out any requests where the event organiser has chosen not to provide a telephone number.

In order to do this:

  1. In the main menu, expand the Request Preferences drop down

  2. Scroll to the bottom and you'll see the option to block all requests that don't have a telephone number:

4. Tick the box and ensure you click the 'save changes' button.

Important Note: This feature is only effective for requests received after the point of activation. Requests accepted before enabling this functionality will not be affected.

If requests without phone numbers continue to appear despite activating the feature, verify that the setting was saved correctly. Reactivating the feature might resolve the issue.
