No Attendance reviews are left when a supplier fails to attend an event that they've been booked for. There are several ways in which a No Attendance review can affect your overall star rating, depending on the severity of the situation. 

Our algorithm will determine whether the review should act as a 1 star review, 3 star review, or have no affect on your overall rating. Instead of showing the star rating on each No Attendance review, it will instead show whether notice was provided or not.
