Quotes

When a supplier sees your request or Invite and is interested in your event, they will send you a quote.

You will receive an email notification whenever a new supplier quotes on your request. (Or, you can view your active Quotes at any time by going to "My Requests", clicking on the request & heading to the "Quotes" tab.)

From the "Quotes" tab, you can choose to click into each quote to view more information the supplier has sent you including the price and any bespoke details or relevant information, attachments, and photos.

If you're interested in booking the supplier or finding out more after reading their quote, you can respond to them in the chat, accept the booking, or decline their quote.

Please note: Suppliers pay to send you a quote & spend time customising quotes just for you, so it's worth taking a second to respond and give them some feedback if you can.

Invites

Immediately after submitting your request, you'll see a pop up with the option to browse through different business profiles and see which ones appeal to you.

If you see one you're interested in, you can choose to "Invite" the business to quote.

You can view the businesses you've Invited and Invite more suppliers to quote at any time by going to "My Requests", clicking on the request & heading to the "Invited" tab.

Once you submit your invite, the supplier will be notified. Inviting suppliers can lead to a 30% quicker response & booking!

When a supplier views the Invite, they can choose whether or not to send you a quote. If they do, this will appear in your "Quotes" tab. Or, you will see a note that the supplier has declined to quote.

Interested

When a supplier sees your request and is interested in working at your event, they may choose to "register interest" rather than quoting right away in order to gauge if you're interested in what they have to offer!

When a supplier registers their interest, you will receive an email notification and a new "Interested" tab will appear under the request.

(You can find more information about the suppliers who have registered their interest by going to "My Requests", clicking on the request & heading to the "Interested" tab. If this tab is unavailable, it simply means no suppliers have registered their interest yet.)

From your "Interested" tab, you can browse the suppliers who have registered their interest and chose whether you would like to receive a quote from them by selecting "Invite" or "Decline".

If you choose to "Invite" the supplier, this functions as a typical Invite (more info above); the supplier will receive a notification email that they have been Invited to quote on a request they were interested in.

They will then return to your request and send you a quote which will appear in your "Quotes" tab (more info on Quotes above).

Booked

Once you have received a quote you're happy with and you have agreed terms with the supplier, make sure to click to confirm the booking!

This helps you keep track of which services you've booked for your upcoming event and blocks out the time in the supplier's calendar just for you.

It also means you can leave the supplier a review after the event to help them keep growing their business.
