Introducing Quote Template Personalisations - 14/05/2024
Updated over a week ago

We know firing off the perfect quote on the go isn't always easy. You want to make sure your quote is top notch every time but sometimes you don't have time to write & edit it while you're out and about.

So, we're excited to announce NEW updates we've made to Quote Templates; making it even easier for you to send personalised quotes no matter where you are.

What's New?

We've introduced a whole bunch of personalised fields that will automatically pull in the right information for you.

E.g. Dear {Organiser first name}, would automatically pull in the event organisers first name for you, which would then read: e.g. Dear Susan.

We've made it really easy by colour coding these fields for you:

Green = Organiser information
Yellow = Event information
Purple = Your information

How Does It Work?

When you're drafting a quote template, simply click on a personalisation option to add it into your quote template, then hit save. The next time you're ready to send a quote using a template, these fields will be auto-completed based on your details and the customer's too.

Organiser & Event Information

The organiser and event information, such as the customer's first name, event date and location, will be automatically pulled from the request.

Your Information

Information about your business including your full name, email address, website link and social media details will all be pulled from your business profile here, so make sure this information is up to date.

Other Releases

Alongside a load of great personalisation options, we've also made a quick change to how you decline requests, which means you can now only decline requests that you have been invited to quote on by the organiser.

If you're not interested in a request you've received, you can still archive it as normal to remove it from your inbox.
