We recommend adding photos and PDF attachments to your quotes before you send them to increase your chances of securing a booking.
Adding attachments allows you to show off what you can do and provide more information about yourself in a nicely branded package.
You can add up to 20 images and up to 20 PDF attachments maximum. We recommend 6-10 attachments is best.
Adding files and images before sending a quote
When you're drafting a quote, you will have the option to quickly upload the files and photos you would like to attach. You can either drag & drop or click to upload from your device.
Adding files and images after sending a quote
To add files and photos once you have sent out a quote you will have to edit the original quote.
If you go back to the original quote you sent, in the top right you should see a button called 'Edit Quote':
Click on the button and add any extra files or images.
Just let the organiser know you've done this!
You can also include photo and PDF attachments in any follow ups to the customer. They will be notified of these follow up messages via email.
