Quote Status Definitions

Everything you need to know about quote statuses.

We assign every quote a status, based on it's recent activity, to help you now the current status of each quote at a glance - so you can easily see when it's time to reply, follow up and manage your quotes.

To see the status for any quote, simply:

  • Open the "Quotes" tab from the main menu

  • Here you will see previews of every quote you've sent. Beneath the main details such as the date, location & event type, you will see a coloured tab, showing the quote status.

Quote Status Definitions

So what does each quote status mean?

Active Quotes

Quote Sent

This is the first status you will see as soon as the quote is published, but before it has been viewed by the customer.

Quote Viewed

This status will show when your quote has been viewed by the customer, but they have not responded and you haven't sent a follow up yet.

Respond to Organiser

This status means that the organiser is the last one to have made contact in the chat. Either in response to your quote or any further follow up communications.

Awaiting Response

This means you were the last one to send a message in the chat. This does not refer to the first quote, only follow up communications.

Pending Quotes

Payment Required

A quote will move into the Pending tab and show the "Payment Required" status if you do not have enough credits to send the quote.

As soon as you have topped up credits, providing the request is still open, your quote will be sent automatically.

Archived Quotes

Event Passed

This status will show on any quotes you have sent where the event date has now passed.

Declined

This status means that the organiser has read your quote and chosen to decline it.

Declined past event

This status shows when the customer declined your event and the event date has now passed.
