When you use AI to help write a quote, it will:

How to use AI when sending a quote
To generate an AI-written quote:
Open a request you’d like to quote on
Click into the message box
Click “Ask AI”
The AI-generated text will appear in the message field. From here, you can:
Edit and personalise the wording
Add your pricing
Attach images or PDFs
Choose when to send the quote
The quote will never be sent automatically, so you’re always in control of the final quote, allowing you to edit as much as you'd like.
What the AI quote writer does (and doesn’t do)
The AI quote writer will:
Create a personalised quote using request details
Produce a clear, professional structure
Give you a strong base to edit and refine
The AI quote writer won’t:
Generate or suggest prices
Add images or PDF attachments
Insert your personal contact details
Automatically send a quote
Replace your ability to write quotes manually
You can still write your own quotes as usual, or combine AI quoting with your own wording and templates.
Regenerating your quote
If you’d like a different version, you can click “Regenerate” as many times as you like until you find a version you’re happy with.
Each regeneration gives you a fresh starting point while keeping you in full control of the final message.
