We’ve given template tokens a big upgrade!
Now, when you add a personalisation token for a link, you can set what link text the customer will see every time, instead of showing the full URL or having to update this manually. Meaning, customers see a polished quote with a clean phrase instead of a long web address.
This works in your quote templates for the following tokens:
Your website
Your reviews link
Your Instagram
Your Facebook
Your business page
How it works
Create or edit a quote template
Insert the personalisation token you want
A pop-up will appear asking what the link text should say. Type the phrase you'd like customers to see, then click Add
The token will sit in your template with your chosen display text and you can preview it before you send!
Editing existing templates
If you already had link tokens in a template, they've been carried over.
Click any token inside an existing template to edit its display text in the same pop-up.
