We understand that event organisers may not always confirm a booking with you via the options stated on our platform.
In most cases, event organisers will "select" your quote which serves as an indication that they would like to book your services for their request.
We understand; however, that bookings may be confirmed outside of our platform via a phone call or emails, meaning the event organiser may not log back into your account mark your quote as successful.
Why is this important?
One word. Reviews. Without an event organiser "selecting" your booking via our platform, our system has no way of asking them to review your services after the event is over. Reviews help you to secure more bookings via our platform, so it's important to get them!
If they've not confirmed the booking, can I do this myself?
Yes! It's quite straightforward. Just go back to the quote you've sent to the event organiser and click "Confirm Job". Please see the image below.
How do I ask for reviews from my Add to Event bookings?
To send a reminder to the event organiser to leave you a review, just go to your completed inbox, find the event request and click "Request Review". This will send them an invite to leave you a review.
You can also send another reminder by clicking "Send Final Reminder", naturally we'd advise waiting a few days to a week before sending the second reminder!
