How does Add to Event work?

Add to Event is an events marketplace. We work by connecting you to customers who are hosting events in your area and are looking for suppliers like you to help them create their dream event.

When a customer in your area requires something that matches your services, we will send you an email notifying you of their request. You can then click through to read further details and decide if you would like to get in touch with the customer or not.

Setting up a profile, receiving requests and previewing their details is totally free.

If you want to respond, you can choose to draft and send a quote estimate to the customer - incorporating an estimated cost, pricing breakdown, and an introduction to your company and what you offer.

This quote won't be set in stone. It is an initial estimate for the customer to preview & decide if they would like to speak with you further and/or book your services.

The only time we charge is when you send a quote to a customer for the first time. At this point, we will deduct a couple of credits from your credit balance. The number of credits required depends on the value of the job and you can preview this before quoting.

We don’t charge any commission at all, so you’re free to manage the booking and take payment yourselves.
