When can organisers write a review?
Organisers can only leave a review after the event date has passed. The organiser will receive an email after the event has taken place to remind them to leave a review.
How to request a review
If the event date has passed and the organiser hasn't done this, then you will need to 'Confirm' the job through the system so this moves to your 'Completed' Section.
Once in this section you can 'Request a Review' from the organiser by clicking on the button:
Can I use reviews left on other sites?
All the reviews on our site have been left by organisers who have found the relevant supplier through our site, so I'm afraid you are not able to add past reviews from other sources.
Any potential customers that you contact via the site are sent your website link when you send a quote so they are able to find out more about you and can see past reviews that way too.
