When can a customer write a review?
Customers can only leave a review if they have booked you through Add to Event and the event date has passed.
The customer will receive an email from us after the event has taken place to remind them to leave a review.
How to request a review
If the event date has passed and the customer hasn't left a review, then you will need to 'Confirm' the job through the system so this moves to your 'Completed' Section.
How to confirm a job once the event date has passed:
In the main menu, navigate to Quotes
Click into the Inactive tab - the quote will have moved here as the event date has passed
Find the quote you're looking for by searching for the customer name or using the appropriate filters
Click into the quote and select I got the job
This will move the job into your confirmed bookings. Since the event date has passed, you will find this in the completed section.
So, once the quote has moved to the completed section, to request a review you will need to:
In the main menu, click on Bookings
Click on Completed
Browse through your completed requests and click to 'Request a Review' from the customer
This will trigger an email to the customer requesting that they leave your a public review. If they choose to leave you a review, you will be notified about this via email.
Can I use reviews left on other sites?
All the reviews on our site have been left by customers who have found and booked the relevant supplier through our site, so I'm afraid you are not able to add past reviews from other sources.
