If you have lost your password details, you can sign in in two ways:
Reset your password.
Send yourself a magic link to sign in.
If you have forgotten the email address you signed up with, please email [email protected] and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible to try and help.
Resetting your password
You reset your password by going to the sign in page: Sign in
You should see the following:
Click on the "Sign in with password" link. You should see this:
Click on the "Forgot your password link?". You should see this:
Enter your password and click "E-mail new password". The email should appear in your email inbox. Please click on the link provided and then change your password.
