Updating your account contact information
To update your email address, password and profile photo:
On desktop
Click on the dropdown next to your business name in the top right hand corner
Select My Account
Edit the information you would like to change
Press Save
On mobile
Open the menu in the top left hand corner
Scroll down and select My Account
Edit the information you would like to change
Press Save
This information is kept secure and is not visible to customers.
Updating your public profile information
To update your business public profile, such as your description or photos:
From the main menu select Content Hub
From here, click into whichever section you would like to edit to update your description, subtitle, photos, packages or any other aspect of your public profile.
This information is publicly visible to potential customers.
Updating your business name:
If you would like to update your profile name, you can not do this yourself. Please contact our support team and let us know the name you would like to change to as well as a link to your website / social media to verify the changes and we can implement this for you.
