Adding multiple services on one account
If you have one registered business but offer multiple services, you can add all of the services to your profile.
To do this, follow the steps below:
In the main menu, open the Request Preferences tab
Click Service Preferences
Browse all available services using the recommendations or the search bar & click Add Service on any that interest you. This will mean you will receive requests for all of the services you offer
Add Packages
Once you're receiving all of the right requests for you, the next thing to do is make sure your profile showcases what you do best.
So, if you offer multiple related services in the same location (for example, DJ + dance floor hire + photo booth), rather than create separate profiles, you can add packages instead.
Packages let you:
Showcase your pricing for each combination (e.g. “DJ + Dance Floor”, “DJ + Photo Booth”, or “All-three package”) so potential clients can compare at a glance
Add more photos relevant to each package, helping to illustrate what each combination looks like in practice
Clarify what’s included in each option (equipment, setup, extras) to avoid misunderstandings
Present bundled value so clients see the benefit of choosing a full package as well as individual services
Using packages this way keeps your profile clean and easy to navigate, while still giving you flexibility to offer tailored options without needing more than one profile.
Adding multiple business profiles
If you have multiple businesses registered under different names, or offer very distinct services, you can have a profile for each business.
Using separate email addresses
If each business uses a separate email address, you can visit the ‘Join’ page https://www.addtoevent.co.uk/join to sign up with information about your other businesses.
Using a separate email address to sign up will mean:
You have a separate credit balance for each account
You receive email notifications to different email inboxes
You will need to sign out & in when switching between accounts
Using the same email address
You can also list multiple profiles under the same email address to make it easy to switch between the profiles you manage.
To do this, please get in touch with us and provide us with the name of the second business you would like to add. A member of our team can add this for you and you can then build out your profile.
When you have two businesses listed under the same email address, this means:
Both accounts will share the same credit balance
You will receive email notifications for every account to the same email address
You can switch between different business profiles without logging in and out.
Switching between profiles
To switch between profiles under the same email address follow the instructions below.
On desktop
Click on the drop down by your business name in the top right corner
Click on the other business profile you would like to switch to
You will be taken straight that profile's inbox
On mobile
Expand the main menu from the top left corner
Click on the account name and select from the list of accounts you'd like to switch to
