Introducing Quote Statuses - 19/03/2024
Updated over 9 months ago

We listened to your feedback and we've been making some changes to make it easier for you to see quote statuses, manage your read & unread messages, and find the quotes you're looking for quickly & easily.

Here's what's new:

1. Accepted quotes ONLY available in "Bookings" area

From now on, your accepted quotes, will ONLY be available in the "Bookings" area, under the "Upcoming" tab. You will no longer see accepted quotes in the "Quotes" area.

2. NEW "Bookings" Filters

Within the bookings area, you'll also find some new filter options. You can now filter your sent quotes and bookings by:

  • Service type

  • Distance from event

  • Date of event

As well as filters, you can also sort your sent quotes and bookings by Last Updated and Date of Event to make finding the events you're looking for quick & easy!

Plus, we've given the "Completed" tab a refresh too, enhancing the interface to give you a more seamless experience.

3. NEW "Pending" tab for unsent quotes

Quotes that can't be sent, will appear in the new "Pending" tab with a reason WHY it can't be sent. This is typically either because your account isn't published or you don't have enough credits to send the quote. Grab more credits or complete missing profile information for the quote to be sent.

4. Clearly Identify Read & Unread Messages

Clearly tell the difference between messages you've read and those you haven't.

UNREAD responses from customers will now appear brighter with a blue highlight & a number (1) in the left corner of the icon - making it quick & easy for you to see which customers are waiting for a response from you.

5. All NEW Quote Statuses

No more questioning what's happening with each quote. Understand at a glance if your quote has been sent, viewed by the customer, accepted, declined, refunded - plus so much more! Check out our quote status key below:

Note: Statuses such as "Refunded" will only show as of the 11th of March 2024. Successfully refunded quotes from before this date may not have the badge, but will have been processed as usual.
