How do I know if a customer has read my quote?

When sending a lot of quotes, it's important to keep up to date with their status, if the customer has seen it and what to do next.

We provide you with all of this information in an activity summary on each quote.

To find the activity summary & learn if your quote has been read, follow the instructions below:

Desktop

  1. In the main menu, open Quotes

  2. Identify the quote you're looking for by browsing your sent quotes or using the search bar

  3. Click into the quote to see more information

  4. On the right hand side, you will see the Event details panel. At the top of this panel, you will see Activity

5. Click Activity. This will open a drop down detailing all of the recent activity on the quote.

It will start with the time you sent your quote. Followed by whether the customer has viewed or replied.

Mobile

  1. In the main menu, open Quotes

  2. Identify the quote you're looking for by browsing your sent quotes or using the search bar

  3. Click into the quote to see more information

  4. Using the two tabs at the top, switch to the Event details tab

  5. In the top left of this tab, you will see Activity.

  6. Click Activity. This will open a drop down detailing all of the recent activity on the quote.

    It will start with the time you sent your quote. Followed by whether the customer has viewed or replied.
