Some customers will appear as X X in your account i.e. with the first name of X and the surname of X. This is because they have completely deleted their account.
Due to GDPR regulations, we do have to offer customers the option to completely remove themselves from the site.
When this occasionally happens, the name of the customer will change to XX.
If the customer has not read your quote before deleting their account, you will still receive a refund for your quote after 14 days - as normal.
