The customer's telephone number doesn't work. What should I do?

Very occasionally organisers may enter incorrect phone numbers. We have some automatic checks in place but very occasionally incorrect numbers can slip through.

Please rest assured that your quote has been delivered and the customer has been notified via email. We suggest including your phone number in the quote or a follow up message to ask them to get hold of you.

Any follow up messages you send in the chat will go straight through to their email address.
