Very occasionally customers may enter incorrect phone numbers. We have some automatic checks in place but very occasionally incorrect numbers can slip through.
Please rest assured that your quote has been delivered and the customer has been notified via email. We suggest including your phone number in the quote or a follow up message to ask them to get hold of you.
Any follow up messages you send in the chat will go straight through to their email address.
If you do find a request that you believe has an incorrect phone number, please report it to us by messaging us with your concern and the Request UUID or Quote UUID. We can then investigate this further.
