It's simple to delete a quote template. Just log into your account

Go to the quote templates page

Go to the quote template page by clicking on the link in "Your Preferences":

You should see this:

Click on the template

At the bottom of the template you should see the "Delete Template" button

Click on the "Delete Template" Button
