Public Profile
Ensuring your public profile stands out to customers is a top priority; whether that's your main listing profile or service specific content. So we've made it quick and easy to update every area of your profile in one place!
Simply head to the Your Business drop down and open the tab called Public Profile.
Use the tabs across the top to navigate between your main Public Listing and all of your service specific content.
Public Profile: Update your main listing page, including your title, photos and description. This will be how you'll show up to customers.
Service Info: Add a unique image and description for every service that will appear as a preview about you when customers are browsing our site.

This can make or break whether they preview your public profile and/or choose to send you an invite - so make it count.
Remember: Service specific content is important because it impacts how you show up to customers when they're browsing our website. It can also lead to a boost in Invites too!

Request Preferences
Your Preferences area has also been updated! Now you can access all your settings from one central tab.
Simply open the Request Preferences dropdown and select any of the options you'd like to edit. Then use the tabs across the top to navigate between them.
Request Coverage: Update your location and distance you're willing to travel
Service Preferences: Add or remove services & use the "edit" button next to each service to apply filters for things like guest count & event type.
Availability: Update your working days & block out dates you're unavailable so you're only notified of requests that suit you.
Notifications: Choose how often you'd like to be notified of new requests, responses and bookings. Plus - opt in to our newsletter for all the latest news & exclusive updates!
