You’ll receive an email notification whenever a customer requests your services in your area. Click the link in the email to see their details, decide whether you’re interested, and get in touch with the customer.
Not receiving emails?
If you aren't receiving notification emails of every new request, you may need to update your notification preferences.
To amend your notification preferences:
Open the main menu and expand the Request Preferences dropdown
Click Notifications
Make sure All new requests is ticked
4. Press Save Changes
If you have followed these instructions and you're still not receiving request notifications, please get in touch with our support team.
In the meantime, you can keep on top of all new requests by regularly logging in and checking your Requests inbox!
