We match suppliers with organisers of many, many different types of event, including public ones. In these cases, events may work on a pitch fee basis. 

We always advise suppliers to do their own due diligence, as they would if the customer had approached them organically. Make sure contracts are in place before paying a pitch fee, thoroughly check details of the event, and ask for any websites or social media pages. 

It’s also a good idea to check attendance or ticket sales of previous years so you have an idea of potential footfall.
