How do I get paid?

Getting paid by the customer

Our main goal at Add to Event is to help suppliers meet new customers and fill their calendars with bookings.

Therefore, we don't take any payments from customers or supervise transactions. All payments need to be arranged between you and the customer directly.

Treat organisers like you would any other customer

We always advise suppliers to do their own due diligence, as they would if the customer had approached them organically.ย 

Speak with customers over the phone or in person, use your usual deposit or contract systems, and thoroughly check details of the event, customer, or organisation before proceeding with any transactions.ย
