Treat organisers like you would any other customer
We always advise suppliers to do their own due diligence, as they would if the customer had approached them organically.
Speak with customers over the phone or in person, use your usual deposit or contract systems, and thoroughly check details of the event, customer, or organisation before proceeding with any transactions.
