Previewing Your Quote Before Sending

You can now preview exactly what your customer will see before you send a quote.

Previewing your quote template

When editing a template, you can see exactly how things will look to the customer. Simply:

  1. Go to Templates in your supplier dashboard

  2. Open the template you want to edit

  3. On desktop, your written content and the customer-facing proposal sit side by side - any change you make updates the preview instantly

  4. On mobile, use the Edit and Preview tabs at the top of the page to flick between the two

Previewing a quote before sending

To make sure you're putting your best foot forward, you can now preview your custom shareable quote exactly as the customer will see it (and make edits) before sending!

When drafting a quote in a customer chat:

  1. Write your quote as normal

  2. Click 'Preview Quote' at the bottom of the draft to see how it will look

  3. Edit anything that needs adjusting, then send when you're happy

Where 'Save as Template' has moved

'Save as Template' is no longer on the quote draft. Instead, once you've sent a quote:

  1. Open the sent quote in the customer chat

  2. Click 'Save as Template' in the top right

This means you can now preview your quote before sending without losing the ability to save it later.
