How to Create a Shareable Quote
Every quote you send automatically generates a professional, mobile-friendly landing page which includes your quote details, FAQs, logo & banner image, reviews and profile information.
There is no extra setup required during the quoting process!

NOTE: If you haven’t added FAQs or brand details yet, your quotes will still automatically generate a custom shareable link with Add to Event default branding

How to share your Quote Link
As usual, any quotes you send will automatically notify the customer via email. They can then click through the email and press “See Full Quote” to see the branded shareable page.
But, you can also share the direct link via WhatsApp, SMS, or Social Media to stay top-of-mind.
Send your quote: Draft your message and price as usual and press Send Quote.
View the shareable quote: On the confirmation screen (or within your inbox), click the purple See Full Quote button.
Preview: This opens a new page showing exactly what your customer will see - including your logo, imagery, and FAQs (if you have added them).
Share: Click the purple Share button in the top right corner.
Choose your platform: Select your preferred method (WhatsApp, Messenger, Email, etc.) or simply "Copy Link" to paste it manually into a message.
Editing a Sent Shareable Quote
Need to change a price or update a detail? You can edit your quote even after it has been sent.
Navigate to the specific enquiry in your inbox.
Select Edit Quote.
Once you save your changes, the Shareable Quote link will update automatically. The customer will see the most recent version the next time they click the link.
Does updating my Brand or FAQs change old quotes?
Yes! Your Shareable Quote links are "live."
This means if you refresh your logo, profile information or add new FAQs in the Content Hub, those changes will automatically appear on every quote you've ever sent.
You don't need to resend anything to keep your proposals looking fresh.
Tips for your Shareable Quotes:
The Personal Touch: After sending your initial quote, send a quick WhatsApp to the customer along the lines of: "Hi [Name], I've just sent over your custom quote for your event! You can view the full details, more information about me and my reviews here: [Link]"
Visual Proof: Use the "See Full Quote" feature yourself before sharing to ensure your quote, live profile information, branding and FAQs look perfect.
