You can refer customers and other suppliers to the site by having them sign up through your unique referral link (this link must be used so we can automatically track your referral!).
Your referral links
You will have 2 separate links: one to refer customers and another to refer suppliers. To find these:
Open the Menu and expand the Your Business section
Click on Referrals
Here you will see two links that you can quickly copy & share with customers or other suppliers to help them submit a request or join Add to Event using your link
You can refer for two reasons:
You wish to tell a friend about offering their services on Add to Event
You have received a work request from your own contacts that you cannot fulfil (already booked, currently ill etc), you can refer them to create a request on Add to Event to help them find another suitable supplier.
You earn credits from doing either of these, just follow the link below to find out some more information and how many credits you can earn.
The rewards
If you refer a new customer to Add to Event and they submit a request, you can earn up to 5 credits per request
If you refer a new supplier who joins Add to Event and creates a profile, you will earn 40 credits for every successful referral.

My referral didn't work!
All referrals are tracked automatically. Please double check with the person you referred & ask if they definitely clicked on the unique referral link you provided. If they didn't click it, we unfortunately cannot count this as a referral.
Additionally, referrals will not work if the referred individual already has an account with Add to Event or if there are technical issues preventing proper tracking.
They used the link, but my credits haven't been added yet. Why?
Follow this step-by-step troubleshooting guide to resolve the issue:
Supplier referrals:
To gain the credits for supplier referrals, your referred supplier must sign up and purchase their first credit bundle before the referral credits are added to your account.
Verify with your referred individual that they signed up using your unique referral link, have a published profile and have bought their first bundle.

Customer referrals:
To earn the credits for a customer referral, the organiser must post an approved event request on Add to Event for the credits to add to your account.

Preventing Future Issues
To avoid complications with referral credits:
Always confirm that your referral link is used when someone signs up.
Double-check the eligibility criteria for the referral program.
Stay updated about any changes in Add to Event’s referral policies. When contacting support, provide your account details, the referred individual’s account information (if available), and any evidence such as screenshots showing the usage of your referral link.
