Can customers see my availability?

Is your calendar and availability private?

Viewing your calendar and marking your availability / working days is completely private to you and is purely for your own use, meaning customers will not be aware of the dates you have blocked out or your standard working days/hours.ย 

This feature is here to help you filter out requests that you already know you'd be unavailable for, choose which requests to quote on and reduce/refine the requests we send you.ย 

To update your availability:

  1. Open the main menu and select Calendar

  2. Click on the date in your calendar (or click & drag on the series of dates if you'd like to block out more than one day)

  3. Select "Block day" from the pop up

  4. Choose to leave a note if you like with the reason you're busy

  5. Press "Save"

You can also unblock a date at any time by following the instructions above and selecting "Mark Day as Available".

Update your working days

Set up your working days so that you only receive requests for dates that you're working.

For example, perhaps you're only looking for mid-week bookings or you're unavailable every Thursday due to a prior commitment - easily set this up in your working days so you never receive an irrelevant request.

To set up your working days:

  1. Click on "Calendar" in the main menu

  2. Select "working days" in the top right of your screen above the calendar

  3. Tick or untick the days you'd like to receive requests

  4. Press "Save"

You can update this at any time as your needs change.
