For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, and potential venue, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable equipment list and design.
What advice would you like to give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, ask the provider about the product they are offering, I wouldn't want my hair cut by someone who didn't know much about hair so why drink coffee from someone who knows little about the coffee they are offering. Ask the provider about their menu and why they are serving what they are serving. After all we are coffee bars so that should be our main goal. Also, find out about their equipment as better equipment will mean they can make better tasting drinks more efficiently.

Wow!! There have been lots of bookings through this platform that I am personally so happy about. If I had to pick one, it would be our catering at the only street party for the Queen's 90th Birthday party in Southend-on-sea. We fed 400 people, and we nailed it hard!
