Usually an organiser will respond to every quote with a yes or a no, but occasionally will decide a quote isn’t for them and forget to answer. We do everything we can to encourage a response to every quote, sending reminders to organisers after 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days and 14 days.

If you haven’t heard from an organiser, we recommend sending a quick follow-up message to remind them you’re interested. Remember, all correspondence after your quote is free. 

If the organiser doesn’t view your quote within 14 days, you’ll get your credits back, of course!
