Usually a customer will respond to every quote with a yes or a no, but occasionally they may decide a quote isn’t for them and forget to answer.
We do everything we can to encourage a response to every quote, sending reminders to customers after 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days and 14 days.
If you haven't heard from a customer, here are a few ways to follow up:
Send your Shareable Quote link - click See Full Quote on your sent quote, then hit Share to send the link directly via WhatsApp or SMS. A quick message is a great way to stay top of mind
Send a quick follow-up message in the chat to remind them you're interested
Give them a call if they've left a phone number
Remember - all correspondence after your initial quote is completely free.
If the customer doesn’t view your quote within 14 days, you’ll get your credits back, of course!
