Organiser let me down. What do I do?

We are sorry this has happened. We can assure you it is very rare, but it does sometimes happen.

The organisers sign our terms of use for using the website however we don’t take commission or involve ourselves in the booking/payment process so this is something that must be confirmed between you and the organiser before he event.

As with other bookings you may receive from outwith Add To Event, it’s important to request a deposit or signing of a contract before officially confirming a booking.

We know it’s frustrating if an organiser lets you down, but unfortunately it’s not possible to protect against that without your specific terms being signed or a deposit being placed. We would definitely recommend this for all future bookings.
