Usually a customer will respond to every quote with a yes or a no, but occasionally they may decide a quote isn’t for them and forget to answer.
We do everything we can to encourage a response to every quote, sending reminders to customers after 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days and 14 days.
If you haven’t heard from a customer, we recommend sending a quick follow-up message to remind them you’re interested or giving them a call if they've left a phone number!
Remember - all correspondence after your initial quote is completely free.
If the customer doesn’t view your quote within 14 days, you’ll get your credits back, of course!
