How to integrate your Google Calendar

Your guide to syncing your Google Calendar into Add to Event.

Updated today

Integrating your Google Calendar allows you to see all of your events in one place, so you can easily check your availability before sending off a quote.

By syncing your Google Calendar, all of your entries from this calendar will appear in your Add to Event calendar (alongside any manual entries you’ve added in Add to Event and bookings you’ve confirmed through us) so you can easily manage your time.

How to integrate your Google Calendar

  • Login and go to the new “Integrations” section in your menu.

  • Here you’ll see the option to “Connect to Google Calendar”.

  • When the pop up opens, click "Connect My Calendar"

  • Select which Google Calendar you’d like to integrate (if you have multiple gmail addresses).

  • Follow the on-screen instructions and check the box to allow Add to Event to enable the integration, then press continue.

  • You will see a confirmation message that your Google integration has been authenticated.

  • Head to your Add to Event Calendar to view all of your Google Calendar entries from within Add to Event.

You can disable the Calendar integration at any time by heading back to the “integrations” tab and pressing “Disconnect from Google Calendar”.

🔒 Your data privacy

When you connect your Google Calendar, all entries will only ever be available to you (or anyone who shares your account login).

We only store the minimum data required to display the events in your Add to Event calendar and request details. Our staff cannot see or access the external events in your calendar.

Blocked dates, availability and calendar entries from both your Add to Event and Google Calendar will never be displayed publicly and are not accessible to customers.

You can disable the Calendar integration at any time by heading back to the “integrations” tab and pressing “Disconnect from Google Calendar”.
