How you are matched with requests

New requests will come into your inbox when they match your 'Service Category' & fall within your 'Travel Distance'.

  • When you log into your profile, click 'Requests' and in the 'Inbox' you'll see jobs listed in order from the date they were submitted (Newest > Oldest).

  • You can filter through your requests by Service Category, Distance, Date, Number of Quotes from other suppliers, Event Type, Request Type (general match or Invite), Number of Guests, Credits Required to Quote, and how long the request has been live for

  • Your job requests will be listed with a title, date, guest count, distance from your location (as the crow flies), a brief overview from the organiser, and the credits you'll need to quote.

    Simply click into the request to preview more information for free then choose if you'd like to send a quote.

    You can archive requests you no longer wish to see by clicking archive icon on the top right corner.

We will send you immediate email notifications about new requests that match your category and area. If you receive an email with a request you’re interested in, simply click on the link in the email to view and respond.
