Choosing which requests to quote on

You don't have to quote on every request you receive! Here's how to decide which requests are right for you.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

In your Inbox, you will see a full list of the requests that match your preferences. You can preview a lot of information about them from straight from here, including:

  • The event date

  • The distance from your location

  • The services required

  • The guest count

  • The number of credits required to send a quote - more info on credits below

  • The event type

  • A short snippet of the customer’s message

  • How long ago the event request was posted onto Add to Event (all requests are live for 7 days)

  • How long you have left to quote

Some requests may also show these tags:

“Be the First” - this means no other businesses have quoted on this request yet

“Invited” - this means, unlike a general match, the customer has seen your profile and is specifically interested in you. You can find out more about the difference between invites & general matches here.
