We need to approve your profile to make it active
Once you have completed your profile, our team will take a look and check you’ve added all the necessary details and meet the appropriate requirements.
To join Add to Event, your business must:
1) Be based in the UK
2) Offer event-related services (e.g. catering, entertainment, DJs, transport etc)
Providing you have met all of the necessary requirements and added all of the correct information, approval usually occurs within 24 hours, but can take up to 48 hours on weekends. Until then, your account won't be fully active and you won't be able to quote.
To help your profile go live as quickly as possible, make sure you include:
1) A subtitle - add this here
2) A detailed description - add this here
3) At least 3 top-quality photos - add these here
4) A link to your website or social media in the appropriate area - add this here
If these aren't complete, our team will ask you to finish them before your profile can be activated and go live.
If you don't have a website / social media profile yet please get in touch with us as there are other methods we can use to verify your account.
What can I do whilst I am waiting for approval?
Although your account is not fully active during this period, you can still preview the live requests in your inbox.
We recommend checking your settings to make sure you're listed for every category you offer and your location & mileage radius are correct. You can do this here.
You may also wish to browse your inbox and favourite the requests you're interested in, ready to quote as soon as your profile goes live!
We will notify you as soon as your profile is live, so keep an eye on your emails. However, you can quickly tell if your account is live by clicking into any request in your inbox:
If your account is live, you'll be able to start drafting a quote.
If your account is still under review, you will see a message stating "Your account hasn't been approved yet"

As soon as your profile is live, we’ll send you an email to let you know. You can then start sending responses to customers after purchasing your first credit bundle.
