We work with our email provider to make sure we have the highest levels of deliverability of our emails and to ensure that they do not end up in spam folders. But occasionally emails do not get to our users.
Check your junk spam / junk mail
Please could you look in your spam or junk mail folder. If you see any of our emails in there, please classify them as "Not Spam". In Gmail it will look like this:
Once you have done this, it should mean that your emails will start flowing into your normal inbox
Search for emails from Add To Event
Most of our emails will have the words "Add To Event" in them. Please search for this in your emails. If they are in your junk folder, please carry out the above procedure.
