By default, we send you an email for every event request that we think you would like.
Are you getting requests which are not suitable?
If you are getting requests for services you don't provide or from further away than you would like, you can change your request settings by clicking on the "View Request Preferences" link in your requests inbox:
Update email notification preferences
If you still find you are getting too many event request emails, you can update your notification settings.
You may wish to change your settings so that you receive an email once per day with a summary of the requests you have received that day.
Or, you may choose to unsubscribe from email notifications completely.
To make updates to your notifications, follow the steps below:
In the main menu, open the Request Preferences dropdown
Click on Notifications
3. Select and de-select the notifications you're interested in
Here you can:
Turn on / stop individual request emails
Turn on / stop a 24 hour summary email of requests you've received
Turn on / stop receiving nearby requests
Turn on / stop quote notifications
Turn on / stop quote read receipts
Opt into or out of marketing emails
It is not currently possible to stop:
Invite notifications and follow ups
4. When you have finished, don't forget to Save your changes
