Applying Inbox filters
When you click the "filter" button in your inbox, it will open a side bar which allows you to apply a variety of filter options to help you find the requests that are valuable to you.
The filters explained
Service Type
The Service Type filter allows you to filter requests by which service they're looking for. You can select an individual service or multiple services you're listed for at once, so you can view only those requests in your inbox.
Distance From Event
The Distance filter allows you to filter requests based on location. You can choose between requests that are less than 5, 10, 15, 25, 40, 80, 150, or 200 miles away.
Date of Event
The Date filter allows you to easily find requests that will fill vacant days in your calendar. You can select between Today, Tomorrow, Next Week, or Next Month; or, use the calendar function to select a specific day or period you'd like to view.
Number of Quotes
The Number of Quotes filter allows you to filter requests based on the number of quotes they currently have from other suppliers. You can choose from requests with anything from 0 to 6 or more existing quotes.
Event Types
Finally, the Event Type filter allows you to filter requests based on the type of event. You can select between Anniversary, Birthday Party, Charity Event, Children's Party, Christening, Corporate Event, Festival, Hen Party, Stag Party, Wedding, or Something Else.
You can select an individual event type or multiple event types so your inbox flexes to your requirements.
Request Type
The Request Type filter allows you to filter requests by Invites and Regular Matches:
Invites = we suggested you would be a great match for this event and the organiser selected you as on of their preferred options, inviting you to quote
Regular Matches = an organiser submitted a request that we believe would be a great match for you

Request Live For
The Request Live For filter allows you to view requests based on when we received them. You can choose between those that have been live on Add to Event for 1 day or less or up to more than 4 days.
Number of Guests
The Number of Guests filter allows you to filter events based on their size. You can choose from events with anything from 1-10 guests up to 300+.
You can also multi-select options here to allow you to view a range of guest numbers at once. For example, select 1-10, 11-20, and 21-30 to view all requests with fewer than 30 guests.
Credits Required
The Credits Required filter allows you to filter which requests you want to see based on their credit value. You can choose to view requests that are 1 credit to quote or up to 6+ credits to quote depending on what you're looking for.
You can also multi-select for example 1, 2, and 3 credits to see all requests that will cost you 3 credits or less to quote.
Filtering by price
At the moment, you it is currently not possible to filter by price / budget. We are looking into implementing this filter.
Applying, Managing & Clearing Filters
You can preview the number of requests that match your filters in the "view" button, where you'll see a request count.
Once you've applied your filters, they will remain active as you navigate between "Inbox", "Favourites", and "Archived".
It is easy to tell when filters are applied to your inbox as you will notice the "Filters" button is highlighted and has a number next to it to indicate the number of active filters applied to your inbox.
Quoting With Filters
You can quote on a request in exactly the same way as normal with your filters applied. After sending your quote, when you return to your inbox, the previously applied filters will remain.
Clearing Filters
While logged in, you can clear your filters by refreshing the page or heading to the "Filters" button and selecting "Clear All" in the bottom left.
When you log out of your account, your filters will reset.
