NEW: Invites & Expressions of Interest

You can now "register your interest" in requests & receive "invites" from customers.

Updated over a week ago

We're excited to announce a new way to communicate with customers: Invites and Expressions of Interest!

Expressing your Interest allows you to communicate with customers for FREE before quoting, show off your business profile to more potential customers, receive more Invites and get more bookings.

Registering your Interest and receiving Invites will NOT replace regular quoting. We still recommend quoting within 24 hours of receiving a request for 29% higher chance of securing a booking!

But, if you're ever have any hesitations around a specific request, you can use this feature to contact customers before quoting, for additional peace of mind.

So What's Changed?

You'll notice that when you log into your inbox, alongside the "Favourites" and "Archived" tabs, you now have "Invites" and "Interested".

Invites: These are requests where a customer has seen your profile and invited you to quote.

Interested: These are requests that you have registered your interest for, letting the customer know you're available so they can invite you to quote.

How It Works

For a full walk through of how it works, we've created a short video demonstration or keep reading for a step-by-step explanation of how it works:

Invites

  1. A customer submits their request

  2. We send this to all businesses who match their needs and details

  3. We show the customer a random selection of profiles that meet their requirements. They can browse through these and choose a few to "Invite" to quote

  4. These Invites will appear in your new "Invites" tab with the tag "Invited" so you can browse through and quote as normal.

Receiving invites is completely FREE. You only use credits when you're ready to quote.

Interested

  1. A customer submits their request

  2. We send this to all businesses who match their requirements so it appears in your inbox. After previewing the details, you're not sure if you're ready to fire off a quote straight away

  3. So instead, you use this button to "Register Interest" for FREE

  4. The request then moves to your "Interested" tab & shows the tag "Interest Registered"

  5. The customer receives an email notifying them of your interest & returns to the website to see more about your business

  6. After viewing your profile information, the customer can choose to "invite" or "decline" your business.

    1. If the customer "invites" you to quote, you will receive an email notification that you have been invited to quote. This request will then move to your "Invites" tab, with the tags "Invited" and "Interest Registered" so you can be confident there's mutual interest.

    2. Or, if they "decline" your interest, the request will move into your "archived" tab

  7. You can then browse through your Invites and Requests inbox and quote as normal.

Registering your interest and receiving invites is completely FREE. You only use credits when you're ready to quote.

The Benefits

  • All interactions up until the point of quoting are COMPLETELY FREE, giving you a new way to interact with potential customers if you're hesitant about quoting. You only use credits at the point of quoting - as normal.

  • Registering your Interest and receiving Invites allows you to have more confidence when you're quoting on requests. You can trust that the customer has seen your business profile and is directly interested in working with YOU!

  • More customers will see your profile for extra promotion & you'll receive more direct requests as a result.

Reminder: Registering your Interest and receiving Invites will NOT replace regular quoting & we still recommend quoting within 24 hours of receiving a request to lock in great bookings.
