I've received a lot of customer requests, do I have to reply to every one?

Handling requests sent to you & archiving requests

Updated over a week ago

You’re never obliged to respond to a request. If you’re not interested, you can either ignore the request or archive it to keep your Requests Inbox clear.

To archive a request, simply click the archive icon in the request’s top right corner and it will be moved into your Archived Requests. You can still return to this later if you wish or if you have archived it by mistake.

You can also click on the link in your email notification and choose ‘Decline’.

Please note - you should never respond to a request by typing in the quote box to say that you're not available / not interested. If you do this, you will still be charged credits as though you were sending a quote.

Rest assured that customers who have sent you a general request, haven't seen your profile specifically, so it will not damage your reputation if you choose not to quote or respond.

However, if you have received an Invite, we recommend declining the Invite to let customers know you are unable to work at their event. You can find out more about responding to Invites here.
