When you contact our customer service team about a specific request, you will be asked to give us the Request UUID of the request so that we can easily find it.
To find the Request UUID, do the following:
Open up the request
Go to the event details section of the quote. At the bottom you will find the following section with the unique ID for this request.
In this case, the Request UUID is: 8e07e3e7-2625-4128-aa6a-77b50205a12c
Copy the Request UUID from the page
Paste the Request UUID in your message to the customer service team
