How to set up FAQs that will be shown to your customers whenever you send a quote.

Frequently Asked Questions help you answer common questions up front to build trust and save you time so you can speed through to booking!

When you complete your FAQs, these will be added to your Shareable Quotes alongside your profile information, quote, cost estimate and reviews.

How to set up FAQs

  1. Open the main menu and select Content Hub

  2. Open the new FAQs tab

  3. Click Add FAQ and enter a Question and Answer

  4. Press Add FAQ to save changes

  5. Add as many FAQs as you like (no limit).

Tips for great FAQs

  • Keep answers short - our max character count is 400 characters

  • Cover booking process, payment terms, setup, delivery, cancellation, dietary or technical requirements, etc.
